To access your account, using the email address you were first registered with, visit the following URL,

and you can access your details and change the Nickname that is shown when you are seen on the portal. You are also able as a Member to change the email address allocated to you so follow the below information on how to log in to the Google Group using your assigned email address and change either the Display Name (Nickname) or email address. You are also able to select what you receive and also at the top leave the Group.

To access the Google Groups app open Google and select from the three line menu and scroll down to More Apps and scroll down until Google Groups appears and select it.
